K-540-4PS TTR three-phase transformer ratio meter

K540-4PS three-phase meter TTR

The purpose of the "K540-4PS" set is to perform electromagnetic tests of transformers of all circuits and connection groups.
The set consists of 2 devices K540-4P and K540-4S meters that can be used both jointly and separately, in accordance with their functional purpose.
K540-4P Power transformer parameter meter performs the following functions -
1) Measurement of current and no-load losses at low and nominal excitation voltages of transformers (automatic switching excitation circuits for measuring no-load losses at low excitation voltage only available for transformers zero and eleventh groups of winding connections. For other groups connection of the windings, these measurements must be carried out with switching of transformer windings);2) Measurement of current and losses of short-circuit;3) Measurement of the transformation ratio;4) Determination of the group of connection of windings for three-phase and single-phase transformers;5) Measurement of DC resistance of transformer windings to current.
During the measurement, the asymmetry, the unsinusoidality and the excitation voltage frequency are controlled.
K 540-4S Meter of windings resistance of power transformers is intended to measure active electrical resistance to direct current of windings of power transformers in laboratory and field conditions.
FEATURES:The following parameters are measured in the K540-4P device:Three phase currents (Ia, Ib, Ic);Linear and phase voltages of low and high voltage windings;Input voltage frequency.
From these measured parameters, the device calculates the following values:- no-load and short-circuit power losses of transformers;- transformation ratio;- voltage shift angle of high and low voltage windings.
The following devices are virtually located in the device:- twelve voltmeters;- three ammeters;- three wattmeters;- frequency counter;- three meters for the angle of shear stress.
This allows one device to carry out the necessary set of measurements for a transformer.
Wi-Fi control:The devices are controlled using a smartphone, tablet or laptop with installed software (included in the package on a USB-flash drive). Communication is via Wi-Fi.Measured and calculated values are displayed on a Wi-Fi connected computer, tablet or smartphone. The acquired measurement data can be saved in EXCEL file.K540-4S milliohmmeter provides the ability to work with the built-in display and controls on the instrument panel.
