DTE-70/50Thigh voltage testing device
The DTE-70/50T is a high-voltage testing device (hipot tester) designed for insulation testing of high-voltage cables with rectified voltage up to 70 kV DC, as well as switchgears, arresters, insulators, dischargers, reclosers, busbars, and other electrical equipment with AC voltage up to 50 kV AC.
This tester features a digital kilovoltmeter and ammeter, along with a large single-screen interface for intuitive operation. It includes a built-in timer that allows users to set precise testing durations, ensuring consistent and accurate results for all testing procedures.
The DTE-70/50T is a reliable, time-tested, and portable system, consisting of two modules:
Control Module:
Enables selection of operating mode (AC or DC), adjustment of output voltage, and monitoring of voltage and leakage current from a safe distance. It also features an idle operation switch for safe setup and standby.
High Voltage Module:
An oil-insulated power source that supplies high voltage to the test object, controlled remotely via the control module. Measurement of leakage current is essential to assess the test object's insulation integrity and ability to withstand overvoltages.
Additionally, the DTE-70/50T comes with an Android application that connects via Bluetooth. This app logs the entire testing process, including applied voltages, leakage current, and time data. Test results can be saved on the device as PDF files featuring tables and graphical representations of voltage over time, allowing for easy reporting, documentation, and compliance record-keeping.
