Active Over-Temperature Protection: The system features intelligent thermal monitoring of the power transformer. If the transformer’s internal temperature exceeds a threshold of 96°C ±10%, the test current is immediately terminated. The modern display presents a clear "Overheating" warning window, accompanied by a continuous 3-second audible alert.
Intelligent Over-Current Protection: The system monitors the selected current range. If the current exceeds the maximum permissible limit by more than 10%, a warning window appears, and short audible signals are triggered. To prevent damage, if the current remains above this limit for more than 3 seconds, the injection is automatically halted, protecting the device from catastrophic failure.
